TWG is just a marketing company that buys their tea from tea producers. You're paying for their marketing budget on top of the tea vs going to the source.
Well that applies to many things too. But you get the convenience of one stop shop plus beautiful packaging if you're gifting

if you drink it often, best to get any generic tea from woolies or coles
