It's probably a bit unethical to advertise it as though it has such a high worth, however it is probably an ok deal if it has a capacitative screen, which they do not seem to specify.
Edit: ugh the 10" one's CPU is 600MHZ. Do not buy.
7"'s CPU seems to be 1ghz, however.
