Not sure why this isn’t showing in the catalogue online, don’t think it’s store specific.

Where is this made in? Is it a rebadge of another brand?
Last item I got from that brand was made by Tempo Group.
Any Good As a PC monitor?
That’s a big screen for a pc.
It will run at least 30 frames per second at 4K. That may suit you (HDMI 1.4). It you want 60 frames per second then both your PC and TV need HDMI 2, and cheap tv manufacturers often don't specify.
How to check if TV has HDMI 2, , can't find on specifications of a LG tv i have?
What model?
@Jazza2400: 55UK6340PTF
@Mkm: In general, pull up the TV's manual and check which HDMI ports, if any, are nominated as HDMI 2.0 ports.
Specifically for your TV, LG has a Note 15 that discusses the capabilities of HDMI 2.0 ports; I would expect either that all 3 ports are HDMI 2.0, or that the subset that are are labelled as such on the TV.
@Shobai: I just checked , couldn't find anything on tha TV's manual, checked the tv and has 3 HDMI ports , mentioned as HDMI 1, HDMI 2 , HDMI 3 (ARC) thats it. It's 4k tv btw.
@Mkm: Found it
15 HDMI(2.0b) ports support HDCP 2.2 and 60fps @ 2160p
From spec sheet

@Jazza2400: Yes thanks. It was on the bottom of the page. I assume its good specwise.
Bauhn 65 inch TV I bought for $529 at last sales does 1080p @ 60hz. Haven't got anything to try 4k refresh rate.
For a second there I thought it was OLED.
Dreamin
QLED is better for bright rooms so this could be better in certain situations than a cheap OLED.
I got the same catalogue from one Aldi here in WA. It's not showing in the catalogue. Maybe it's state specific.
It is definately State or REGION specific.
I asked a Manager at my local SA store and he indicated it might be available in places they did not sell.
Have a dead pixel on a 55 inch Bauhn and ALDI is being extremely slow and difficult with a warranty claim.
Trying to decide between this and a 50" Samsung TU8000 @ TheGoodGuys for $852… Obviously the Samsung is better but worth spending more and going smaller?
I think Aldi have a good ‘change of mind’ return policy, so it might be worth grabbing this, first, since they’ll sell out early. Gives you a chance to assess it vs the store model of the Samsung.
Not showing on the cult of Aldi site either?

I read some review on whirlpool on this, the guy returned it, but there was also lot of happy buyers,
Seems like this TV is not selling tomorrow.
Cant see it on specials for tomorrow. :(
Got one, there was only five or six at North rocks, manager was really good and handed out parked sale receipts to the line at the door before the store opened.
Got one, TV isn't in the store when we come so we have to ask a staff there and he bring one for us, don't know why.
rocked up at 8.30am at maribyrnong's to find a queue. by the time we were allowed it they were all out of stock :( if anyone's changed their mind for the tv and/or rower, let me know and i'll buy it off you!
Runs Android tv too, not bad
