Just picked up an Aldi Monitor arm ("Bauhn Gas Spring Monitor Bracket") edit: but I can't use it until Tuesday when I get back from work.
Haven't set it up yet, anyone know if it's any good? And there is a nifty little USB hub at the bottom, but is it USB 2 or 3 (or does that not apply to a hub*)

I know monitor arms can vary in quality etc.
Aldi has 60 days no question asked return policy if you can open it then just open it and check it out, if it doesn't fit you, just refund it, save you bring it with you all the way alone.
OzBargainers - can't be bothered Googling and when they buy something can't be bothered setting it up and ask others who have bought it their opinion on the product LOL!!!!
I did spend quite a bit of time googling, but unfortunatley there don't appear to be any reviews for this specific monitor arm that I can find.
Like I clarified I'm not able to set it up at the moment, I don't have it in my possession as I can't bring it on a helicopter with me.
So I turned to the forums for advice.

Maybe call Bauhn CS if others can't provide details. If your not satisfied with it just return it.
I bought one of the dual ones on Sunday. Very good, although I never had one previously.
Easy to setup, and seems sturdy enough. Even gives cushioning against the steel clamps so you don't damage your desk.
Can't you just check that for yourself now that you have one. Odd questions.
