  Bit expensive for smart plug, when there are much cheaper options out there now.

    Alas if native HomeKit support is your thing, this is the cheapest option at the moment. (Hue Plug is $69, Eve Energy is $85)

    While you can get the cheaper Tuya ('Grid Connect', 'Brilliant' etc branded) gear, this requires some fiddling with Homebridge to get them to appear in HomeKit
