This seems to be the cheapest price for The Sims 4 Deluxe Party Edition on Xbox One at 90% off. It may be $2 more than the standard version going for $4.99 but this comes with not only the base game but also the party DLC which is obviously not on the standard edition so it's better a bit.

    Yep you can. I did the same thing and you can request a refund through the xbox website. I just said it was an accidental purchase and that I wanted the deluxe version. Will take a couple of days to resolve though according to Microsoft.

    Yes you should be able to do a refund through this link. You just sign in if not already done so and select which game you wish a refund for. That's probably the quickest way of doing so if you are already at a PC.
