At my local Big W practically all Tontine quilts/doonahs were 50% off or $49-$57.

I got the Queen Size Tontine Winter Comfort Super Warm for $57 because even though it's not on sale (normally $97-$105) someone put it on the shelf which was all $49-$57, and after I bought it for what I thought was the discounted price and it wasn't, I took it to the service centre and they gave me a refund of the difference.

  • Are any of these pillows any good?

I think it depends on whether or not you like Tontine "quality".

They are made in Australia, so that's a plus, but on the other hand that makes them more expensive than "better" pillows from China.

Personally I don't like any pillows that are not made from down/feather or memory foam, because they tend to go flat or lumpy after a while, which is something I have not experienced with the types of pillows I mentioned.

I think the best thing you can do is to go in-store, and physically hold them so you can get a feel of them.
