FWIW these haven't been price competitive for many years now. If you really want to spend this much, Moondrop Blessing 2 will blow these out the water.
Blessing 2 or IERM7 will absolutely destroy these things with much better comfort to boot. (even with the higher price on the M7, much better performance to be had)
Blessing 2 is a hybrid driver design and the IERM7 is BA. Not really an equal comparison. Also the IE800s is tiny and very light so comfort shouldn't be an issue.
Alright, if you want a single DD comparison, something like ER2XR about equals this with much better isolation to boot, and is equally as light.
or even something like FDX1, but that's absolutely huge in the ears.
