Looking to get a bluetooth earphone primarily for the mic-quality for discord/gaming.
I've heard good things about the TWS200 - are there any other recommendations?

Not that either of our comments are related to OPs request, but..
I have Sony WH1000XM3 and use it for normal music/movies, teleconferences, videoconferences and gaming using in-game communications and Discord. The WH1000XM3 works flawlessly, across 3 different devices, and 3 different platforms of Windows. Sorry to hear yours doesn't work properly. Perhaps go back to the root and uninstall all bluetooth drivers and start again?
Don't. Wireless headsets are nearly all junk unless you spend crazy money.
You should get a great quality headset from Sennheiser or Audio-Technica and buy a desktop mic (I use a Blue Snowball) or a wireless ModMic.
End of the day you'll be at a desk, so wireless isn't critical. Sound quality and mic quality will be tho.
I have a Sony WH1000XM3. I have never been able to get the mic working in games. Windows is strange because it creates two profiles for the headset - a stereo profile and a hands-free one. The sound never works if the hands-free profile/device is enabled. Disabling it however means no chance of the mic working. I have had similar issues with my QCY T5. Bluetooth and windows gaming is just not a good fit.
