  Hey rep, I ordered Reno 5g on 29th/May, until now the phone has not yet been shipped. Sent the email twice no response. Any idea???

    Same boat - ordered on the 26/05, asked twice about it, no response.

    So no communication and now they're refunding me. Presumably they don't have stock of it or something - though some communication would be nice, not that i expect it from this group.

  Bought one. Also paid the $5.5 shipping insurance. Not sure if neccessary or not. Now to start the countdown and see how long it takes to get to australia.
