    Agreed, I would avoid them at all costs of making an order and attempting to contact UGG'S

    If UGG Australia is saying the items are lost then why are they not checking with Aust post what items have been lost from the tracking numbers and contact those cusomters instead of waiting for customer to complain.

  I bought one pair last month and just found out the fur on the heel disappered. won't recommend it.
