Good price for this stroller, full RRP $549. Certainly not the $85.77 deal we saw during prime for an hour, but a good price regardless and the cheapest it's been since on Amazon. It also comes with "free accessories included to the value of $135: Travel System Capsule Adapters, Rain Cover & Bumper Bar." It looks like it's been replaced with a different model 'End of Season'

Ultra-light compact stroller, only 6.8kg. Quick to fold with one hand and easy to carry with the shoulder strap. Suitable from birth to 3 years

Create a Travel System to move easily between street and car by attaching the Maxi-Cosi Mico or Citi baby car capsule (sold separately).Compatible with the Laika Carry Cot (sold separately)

Best-in-class comfort and safety for baby: Suitable from-birth with flat-lay position. Cool Baby Wicking fabric. Ultra-padded. Extendable canopy. Leg rest. Front Wheel Suspension. Bumper bar. 5 Point Harness with removable harness pads

Ease of use for parents: Lightweight & Compact. Fast one-hand folding. Easy to carry with a shoulder strap. Shopping basket included. Easy braking system
Accessories included to the value of $135: Travel System Capsule Adapters, Rain Cover & Bumper Bar

This $199 deal is for Nomad Blue. The carry cot is $99 separately from Amazon, so if you wanted that then purchase from Mother's Choice eBay instead where you will get the stroller and the carry cot for $249 (extra $50) and you have a choice of 3 colours (black, grey, blue). It's still $499 on their site for just the stroller.

    Web review: https://www.pushchairexpert.com/en/pushchair-reviews/maxi-co…

Edit: got the ebay one with the 50$ coupon, hopefully no regrets, the rear wheels seem kinda small though, most strollers have large rear wheels

    • We used this for a short period of time and then gave up. Positives- light weight and you can open with one hand. Negatives- it is not sturdy at all and the wheels are small. Not easy to navigate over bumps. We didnt feel that our bub was safe in it.Also, there isnt much storage space. Ended up switching to Redsbaby which is 4x the price but well worth it.

      • what bothers me is that the wheels dont have rubber on them, its all plastic… want to cancel…

        • how old is your bub?

  • We’ve got a similarly flimsy looking travel pram (Phil and Teds Go)

It’s okay. We have only used it a few times around shopping centres.

Set your expectations low because what you are paying for is the convenience and tiny folded up size, at the cost of pretty much all other features (comfort, sturdiness, storage space). Very few owners of this would use it as an every day stroller.

We annoyingly bought ours for a Europe trip (thinking maybe he could day nap in it) that was COVID cancelled and probably won’t end up using anymore because at 14m my boy is already sick of the pram and wants to walk or we use his smart trike.

  • Got this during the price error last year. Great for running round shops etc. Not for paths or off road obviously.

As stated, sacrifices a few things for compactness. We combo this with a Baby Jogger GT for touring. Cant have it both ways boys.

  • We got this during the Amazon Prime massive sale https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/470412
We have two stollers, this one and a massive Stokke Explory. We end up using this one way more as it only takes up half the boot rather than the entire boot and it is lightweight so partner can lift it in and out. Only good for smooth surfaces, but that is most shopping centres.

  • Was lucky enough to get one from that ~$85 deal and we eventually put it to good use in Jan-Feb traveling to Asia!

Was able to carry on (Emirates) as it was a one piece collapsible stroller. Staff always referred to it as the Yoyo (looks nothing like a Yoyo, but fundamentally the same). Convenient to get around the airports and was good to use for getting around with.

Would really only use it as a 'travel' stroller and wouldn't use it as your everyday go to stroller, as it is what it is, a compact light weight stroller.

Maybe the fact that we have an everyday stroller so haven't pulled it out again since returning back. Would consider using it locally if we needed to go away for overnight and needed the boot space, or going to places with tight spots (i.e. restaurants).

  • Just for the information of anyone looking at alternatives, we have the Easywalker buggy XS - bought about 18 months ago as an alternative to the babyzen yoyo (not much on the market for carry-on size strollers at that time) and have been really happy with it. We bought it from OS but it ended up being half the price of the yoyo. I keep it in the boot of the car and use it mostly for indoors, like shopping centres. We have a larger pram for outdoors which takes up the whole boot so I generally leave it at home.

    demo video below:

Note: It doesn't meet Australian standards - specifically the requirement to have a red brake and hand strap. We purchased a hand strap separately for safety.
