    I should mention that once ordered, the process seems very smooth. Rep called me 15 mins later and I have arranged to pick up from local store.

    Haven't dealt with Skimp before but am also tempted to test their "Request a Quote" service.

      Nevermind, I found the answer in the PDF manual (Convection range is 140-230 degrees Celsius)
