Samsung QLEDs in higher range like Q80T or higher and Sony 9500G are the best ones in LED department.
These cost more than B9 few months back but if picture quality is absolute for you then only these two come closer. They are not comparable in terms of black levels when compared OLED but heaps better than any LED out there. You get more brightness on the positive side.
