Help with Dual Monitor Setup

I've set-up dual screens on my PC. The aim is to run YouTube game-walkthrough and play a game on the second screen. I want when I alt-tab to the YouTube screen the audio activates there and when I switch to game, the audio resumes in-game based on the active monitor.

What's happening is i flick to YouTube screen and when I switch/activate the game screen the game is still muted and the YouTube sound is running.

How to fix?

    This. Hopefully the game has borderless windowed for a more seamless alt-tab.
