I am looking to refinancing my loan property that i bought in 2018.
Some broker offer me anz offset on variable and 1 year fix (2.29% for fix) with $3000 cash back.
Do you think this is a good offer? I remember couple months ago anz is doing $4000 cash back but the guy said anz is not doing it anymore.
Can anyone confirm?

If the cash back of $3,000 applies to a 1 year fixed loan at 2.29% for an amount of $100,000, then yes it is a fantastic deal!

You know what they say, if its too good to be true….
Don't forget the discharge 'fees' for the loan you're exiting, and the ANZ refinance cash back deal was only for loans over $250k :(
My loan is about $350k. Is there exit/discharge fee from the old loan i exit??? Even when the loan is already 2 years old and passes the contract term?
