  • good luck getting Amazon to ship something that heavy to Australia for only US$13

    • Well, I actually received my stroller already and I've paid $13.98 for delivery ;)

They shipped via DHL and stroller arrived in around 5 days after I placed order.

If you're a Rep, why did you ship to yourself?

        • Well, my daughter has just turned 10 days old today ;)

We already used this stroller few times. Great stroller, especially for that price!

        • I dont know, why OP is not replying on the word: REP

      • +2

No offense, but i suspect you're either being economical with the truth or have chosen to omit a step in your explanation to get this miraculous shipping fee. That stroller must be about 15-20kg shipping weight by volume at least. 15-20kg from the US to Australia via DHL is not going to be US$13.98

        • It could be some kind of error in Amazon's shipping weight calculator. You can try and place this item in your shopping cart and see for yourself how much Amazon will quote you for shipping. Make sure to choose "Expedited International Shipping" in checkout page.

well i've checked the postage and i got quoted US$68.24 for Expedited International Shipping to an address in Brisbane, QLD…

    • I guess I was lucky. I've paid what I quoted and I live in Melbourne, VIC.

      • -1

well if you are a rep then you should get that discrepancy checked out.

        • -1

i would have thought a Rep would get them for free ??

I updated title with new shipping cost.

    and im in melbourne

    • I updated title with new shipping cost.

      • -3

why have you changed the shipping cost ?

        • 2 people here reported much higher shipping cost. However, I've paid US$13.98.

    • +2

it's still quite a bit cheaper than getting it locally…

      • That's true.

        • -1

If you're based in Melbourne, why are you selling these through Amazon ?

  • -1

I'm not selling anything ;) I am just sharing information about something that I think is a bargain.

    • +1

Your not selling anything but you are a REP?

      • +3

clearly he/she has accidentally ticked the rep button, get over it

  • +1

Shipping to Sydney CBS is $73.43
Might need to move to melbourne to save on shipping and have a baby to get use for the stroller.

  • +1

Excuse me but is this designed for RHD roads?

  • shipping to Melbourne is AUD 73.43 (USD 68.24)

Amazon must have realized that shipping fees of USD 13.98 is a mistake for them and they upped the fees.

  • +1

May be he ticked the rep box without understanding the meaning.

  • +4

I guess when you are the big JC you can pull miracles like reduced shipping.

  • +2

Who needs shipping anyway when you can walk on water?

    • True, but that's not very practical to walk long distance with 25 lbs stroller.

  • +2

You should check that the stroller meets Australian standards which include having red coloured brake pedal / controls and an arm tether strap etc …

    • +2

Good advice. I suggest you get nominated as official ozbargain OH&S rep.

We have the same unit. Worked well for us for the last 2.5 years. You can get spares for it from the local importer.

Even including shipping, it is still way cheaper than you would get it for locally.

  • Those who have checked their shipping cost, how did you do it without having to enter CC numbers etc? Without using the internation shipping charts provided, (which actually do bring it in at around the original shipping price entered by OP) the only way I've found to get shipping cost is to have to go through checkout. I've gotten as far as having to actually enter CC details, which I'm hesitant to do to simply get the cost for shipping.

Sadly the baby car seat that combines with the stroller won't ship to Australia. (

This stroller is compatible with the keyfit travel system… where you can lock in a baby capsule into the stroller and then move it directly into a capsule mount in the car. It was an absolute godsend being able to move my new born from car to stoller to in the house without disturbing them. The above price is very good, but if you wait for the sales you can pick up the whole system (stroller, car capsule mount, and capsule) for about $6-700… as opposed to the $1000 it would normally cost. I know it sounds expensive, but it was without doubt the best baby purchase we made.

    I LOVE THIS SYSTEM!!!!!

    • Thanks for that UFO

  • +1

I found this if anyone is looking for the whole system here in Australia - $499 for the stroller and capsule. Given that Amazon won't ship the capsule to Aust., it's probably the cheapest on the net?! Shipping seems quite reasonable too.

    • Note that this one is the Trevi model which is not quite as good as the Cortina. Does anyone know if you can get the capsule shipped to Australia through other means than direct from Amazon? I know there are some agents that will do so as Amazon sometimes only ships US destinations, but I'm just wondering if its an international regulation thing or just an Amazon regulation.

You can use mail forwarding service, such as Shipito:

        www.shipito.com/id_affiliate=1816

        I used them many times.

        • Thanks for the info. They are quoting $286.21 to ship to Perth though so think i'll pass…

Where did you get the dimensions and weight to calculate this please??

I can get the entire travel system for $227, so even with $298 for shipping it would still be a couple of hundred $ cheaper than anywhere here
