Looking for headphone+mic splitter

I found that the Thinkpad E520 only has one combined port for connecting the headphone and microphone (just like the iPhone's headset). Does anyone know what type of adapter that can allow me to use my standard headset (separate plugs for sepaker and mic)? And where to find the cheapest one?

    I got around this issue by using a USB sound adapter. It came with my Logitech G330, but you can also buy one from eBay for less than $5 bucks.

    You can also buy a USB headset, like a Microsoft LX3000 for $29 from MSY.
