Hi All,
This is first time i am writing in this blog to understand what could be my rights?
I have a 65 inch Samsung QLED TV brought April - 2020 (last Month), my son broke screen while playing game (threw remote)
I checked with Samsung customer care and they advised it is not covered and to replace screen they gave me list of service centers to contact , One of them quoted $850 for screen replacement (I am happy to change the screen as i liked the TV before screen broke and I don't need to spend $2000 again for buying new one)
I have done the screen replacement, now the quality is not like before.
All sources are blurry, cloudy (especially action scenes like chasing, fight …etc) they moves very slow in movement , which mean last frame and current frame overlaps and it creating a mixed videos with slight lines
Netflix - 4k videos are blurry , YouTube - same, PS4 same, all external also same.
I have raised again with Samsung, they advised me to followup with service centre. Service centre arranged for inspecting with technician, here the actual story begins with out checking all he said TV is fine and he stick to it.
I started talking all sources have this issue and he says that is source issue, even inbuilt software's like YouTube and Netflix says internet speed issue (I use high speed broadband, Internet Speed tested 80 MBPS at that moment).
I have shown him action scene, he says some times it happens (this is every time) tried to show the same scene in other Samsung TV in bedroom which is clear, he don't want to compare.
This blurry videos causing me headache in 15-20 min after any video I watch.
I contacted service centre that i am not happy after screen replacement, they said can't do anything asked me to check with Samsung again, Samsung assigned to case officer which I am waiting for their call yet.
All this happens last couple of weeks.
I need your expert suggestion what to do next if they not offer repair / replacement.
You watching Rated Japanese movie why its blurry?
