I had a booking with Tiger airways due to fly in July but it had been cancelled by Tiger airways in April. Travel agent advised Tiger airways credit has been issued and waiting to be converted to Virgin Australia credit.
Recently I checked with travel agent and being advised there is no update on the credit conversion because Virgin Australia is under administration.
Anyone has any knowledge or experience with Tiger airways booking under similar circumstances? Any tips or sharing will be appreciated.

Oh dear.
Both not good options
Good luckSadly, Tiger Airways is likely a defunct airline and i suspect it won’t be back. With Virgin being bankrupt you're another unsecured creditor and a restructured company won’t need to honour the debt. You might be out of luck OP
Im in the same boat i am not holding my breath on getting my money back
Contacted 'customer support' and 'Deloitte' who are in-charge of the handling of there administration even contacted ACCC but nothing
If you ask me the system is pretty bullshit if a company can just take your money and not fill a service goes to show the law needs to change
