Gday there guys,
So last December i purchased a Logitech gaming headset from JB Hi-Fi which died after only a few uses, i returned it to them in store on Tuesday, 12 May. They took the faulty product and said the money would be refunded (was paid via PayPal) within a few days and that would be it. They did not supply me with any paperwork to say they had actually TAKEN possession of the goods.
Fast forward a while and no such refund occurred, i contacted them via their website form last Thursday, 21 May to follow up. This was completely ignored.
Their website lists no phone numbers to contact them whatsoever so can i ask for advice on next steps from here?
