  • No experience with these but buyer beware. A similar experience for me ages ago bought an SD card that specify an amount of space, was very cheap, tested out and space was not exactly as it says.

From then on I'm wary when the price is too good compare to others. There might be a catch or fakes.

Just thought I let users know as reading from the reviews there's a review where the person couldn't copy.

One thing I noticed is that sellers advertise huge size thinking general user would test a small amount and says it works and not test out the entire capacity.

    • Well said. The data storage industry is so competitive that every manufacturer is cutting as much margin as they could hence the price. I don't think this could get any lower, especially almost 50% off. Keep an eye on this "Silicon Power"

I've been using Silicon Power MicroSD cards and SSD for few years now with no issues.

These guys are very big not a small little hack job, have some of their older and newer cards / ssd's which are used for various things (GoPro, DSLR, Car, Laptop etc) most users wont tell the difference between this and a samsung evo+ imo

This is apparently a copycat of SanDisk considering the resemblance of their logos, I will not support this no matter how cheap it is.

    • +4

      Looks nothing like a Sandisk.

    • I think you are looking at the standard logos, these are the same on all SD cards that support those technologies. ScanDisk has a red and grey/black colour scheme, looks lots different.

  • 5 year warranty and Ok review: https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/9380/silicon-power-superio…
No need to be too pessimistic.

Well I have in front of me 3 dead microsd cards 1 x sandisk 1x lexar and one elcheapo all 32gb , but the silicon power I got about the same time is still going , so I might try one of these

    • What do you use them for? I've never had any issues with my cards so far.

  • Android seems to kill em , but the lexar had only been in a camera , the others had been in phones

  • Bought this from a previous deal I posted.

Received the card and tested it with SD Card Tester PRO no problems detected.

  • It's legit. 800, 4.5 star reviews on amazon, wowsers, buying one.

SP is a pretty big brand so I'm not sure why so many comments about fakes etc…

  • SP is a pretty big Taiwanese brand, had 3 micro sd card for gopro for years with no issues.

  • Did anyone else have their order silently cancelled?
