  They advertise “this item can not be returned” due to the sale? Is that even legal? I am interested in a few items but what if it’s the wrong size or not as expected.

    I would think that's for change of mind (which includes wrong size selection). Consumer law has to apply for faulty items, including misleading product information. If they're not making that distinction clear then, yes, they could be liable to a fine.

    I had a bit of drama with wrong size and they wouldnt return as a part of their return policy

  bought their terrible chelsea shoes, it's so badly made that I had a hole in the sole after 1 month of use (office work). emailed their bad customer service and they responded with, due to wear & tear and not manufacturing fault, we cannot help.
