I have been thinking about getting a new computer. Noted there was increased cashback recently from both Shopback and CashRewards for the frenzy, but timing didn't suit me (and no extra special discounts that I could take advantage of then).

But now Dell have released the G5 15 SE with AMD Ryzen, I have been browsing more often, and I noticed this offer of 10% cashback tonight.

Seems to expire tomorrow (I read that to be End of day tomorrow)

  How is the G5 15 SE? Does anyone have one? Personally, looking at either this or the Lenovo 540 with GTX2060 but unsure what's the better choice.

    Decent price, but very outdated ports. No Type C or Thunderbolt and a VGA connection.

    Also, why would they have an optical drive in a laptop now, just taking up space.
