Hi all,
I've recently noticed some major banding issues on my Samsung TV (UA75MU7000WXXY) and it's getting worse to a point I always see it. It was purchased in May 2018 from The Good Guys and I have the 5 year Gold Concierge extended warranty for it.
I don't believe this is screen burn in from anyhing I could have been displaying on the TV with vertical bars and there is also no natural light that enters the room as it is my theatre room which is blocked out from all sunlight.
Here is a picture.

What could be the cause? Or just a faulty product?
Should I immediately request a replacement or refund?
Thanks
What did TGG or even Samsung say? I had a 2015 model Bravia that developed a horizontal line early on, got it repaired from the retailer (JB) and all was good until late last year it returned well out of warranty. I spoke with Sony and they had it as a known issue on their website and repaired it again, result.
It looks to be faulty array or light/ component hopefully positive result from either entity but perhaps see if thats a common issue in the Samsung or other forums?
