Why?
Yeah nah
if you aren't getting paid by an Apple competitor, you're wasting your precious time man
imagine not being paid to shill on ozbargain right?
a few of those had some really bad alternatives, only if you really want a massive compromise.
yeh…nah
yeah nah
It’s a pretty decent answer to a question nobody asked
any cheap freebuds?
The whole point of this site is to get premium stuff for an affordable price. Not to change people’s minds.
Great price, get it before it sells out
you have problems if taking 10-20% off $300 earbuds suddenly makes them affordable for you
A personal, uncalled for, negative remark - hand in your OzB badge, mate.
@abctoz: Imagine if people had different thresholds for what is affordable and what isn't
@TwentyTwoCarats: imagine running out of money buying these when you can get budget earbuds for $30
@abctoz: haha haven't heard that one before tbh
@TwentyTwoCarats: imagine using logic right https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/537954
@abctoz: It's like saying why buy Mercedes Benz when there is Hyundai i20.
When one's affordability is up there and can afford these airpods… it's hard to switch to Anko. More so if Ozbargain is making these airpods cheaper
Just to clarify: I can't afford a Benz nor an airpod yet :P
@abctoz: Imagine flying Singapore Airlines vs flying Airasia.
I value discounts off Singapore Airlines much more than paying a fraction of price to fly Airasia……
@b0b0: I got the airasia unlimited deal which whilst I can’t use right now, I’m sooo looking forward to use. When I seldomly travel business is the way to go but with AirAsia unlimited, I’m going to fly to Japan for baseball, HongKong for dinner and hotel in hawaii
Running out of money is not a problem. Family members trying to take your money is a problem. If you’re at a point of running out of money. You shouldn’t be buying earphones
Probably one of the lowest prices I've seen for this, pretty good deal. I'll keep waiting personally.
I think this might be the lowest - taking out the price error from Dicksmith.
Too bad this can't be price matched at O/W.
Cheapest "obtainable" deal was the OW price-beat from school-locker but that was only a few bucks less.
i still can't justify it for over $300. i'll wait until it's $200 or something. (yeah i know, might be waiting a while ;)
I'm the exact same. $200 would be amazing, but at this rate under $300 is looking pretty good.
It’s also 368 at Catch, good time to use the 20% gift card from last deal, making it 294.4.
Stil cheaper if you are lucky to have 20% off cards
388 is grey import, 368 is from mobileciti https://www.catch.com.au/product/apple-airpods-pro-with-wire…
Damn I wish I had catch at 20 % less
AP hurts my credscore right
nah
apparently not, no. they dont do a credit check?
You're confusing AP (no credit file enquiries) to Zip Pay (who DO)
oh nice
I dont think any of these afterpay/zip pay type things do a proper credit check, they just check you most recent pay slips at most?
Zip Pay do check credit rating. I know someone who was knocked back from them because of his credit rating
Afterpay doesn’t check anything
It hurts your chance of getting a loan. They check your statement and loan/mortgage is more difficult
afterpay don't do credit checks.
zip and latitudepay do.
15% off10% off $350 = $315 via this listingEbay Rating is a big concern…
The one which Australia Post lost the package? I don't think that seller fault, or ebay rating product rating which from another seller?
15% off $350 would be $297.50…
Hahah I wish! should've said 10%.
Not really applicable now but how does after pay work when you want to TRS something?
It's based on the invoice amount. Even for credit card payment, it is possible that you technically haven't actually paid. The credit card company paid first and you could have close to a month to actually pay it.
Wouldn’t you need to have paid it all off to qualify for TRS? I don’t think I can go there with an unpaid invoice and claim GST.
Do you think the merchant would send the item if it is not actually paid? AfterPay pays it first. You then pay AfterPay later.
@netsurfer: I just forgot how afterpay works. Well I never use it so I didn’t really forget.
Are you able to fly out of Australia within the next 2 months?
He has an exemption
free bonus 14 days mandatory self isolation - priceless.
@netsurfer: Haha.
I’m asking about afterpay’s system and how it deals with a single invoiced amount.
The receipt will be from the ebay seller saying paid in full. You have a separate Arrangement with afterpay, but the seller is paid immediately so you get a fully paid invoice from the for the goods
Worked with gift cards. thanks
Did you have to select AfterPay as the payment option while entering gift cards to get it working?
Bought these, thanks TA :)
Was umming and ahhing about these, but Afterpay kind of made it a bit of a dealSame! I’ve been tempted for a while but paying over multiple paydays did it for me.
Didn't want to see the whole $327 leave my bank account at once
Anyone else getting "This code can't be applied to your order"? Afterpay is selected as the payment method
Be aware, New AirPods Pro 2 around the corner
Unlikely, these only came out 6 months ago. New "Airpods" they're releasing is an overear headphone. I give it another 1-1.5yrs before the current gen Airpods Pro are superseded.
By the end of 2021, from what I read. (AirPods 3 this year)
AirPods Studio
Huh? AirPods Studio are the rumoured over-ear headphone…nothing to do with new AirPods Pro.
Wow…now its getting more and more affordable
