You need to turn your VPN on before clicking "PLACE ORDER".
For Russia UrbanVPN has worked well for me. Hideman 1 hour trial is an option but I could never get the timer to stop when disconnected.
For India I had success with Nord but had to attempt a few severs
Given the Russian and Indian YouTube Premiums deals there is bound to be a few VPN suggestions about.
Not everybody will be able to use their card on the Russian site. I have no issues with my ING card. The Indian site is far more billing friendly.
Also use caution buying RU games. Ubisoft are particularly know to exclude English audio and or menus. Eg. Odyssey audio is in English but the menus are all Russian. Other regions may present issues too, so buy at your own risk. Other publishers may do the same.
You will need the VPN for Ubisoft games too. To activate Epic purchase region and Uplay region country must match.
