Did PayPal Remove The Option to Disable PayPal's Automatic Currency Conversions?

For the past years I used the method described here

To disable the automatic PayPal currency conversion, I noticed that recently, it started to convert the currency again. I tried to use the aforementioned guide, however the options are not there anymore and when I click more payment methods, it does not redirect to the old cgi website. Did PayPal hide it somewhere else, or did they decide to disable that option?

EDIT: Ok maybe i was not clear enough. I do have the option to select what I want when I purchase. In the past there was an option though to permanently choose the bank conversion instead of PayPal's and you were able to do that through the tutorial on the link. They only thing I found was that i can change the defaults only on my automatic payments, but for other payments you have to select on the payment screen.

This is particularly shitty as I did not had to worry about choosing the option on payments.

    Yeah i know that i still have the option to change it, I am talking about having the option in the past for not having to chose what i want and automatically use my banks conversion and not paypal's

  I still get option to pay in Currency of Seller or let PayPal do the conversion when i make a purchase
