I refuse to support this company along with its sister businesses due to price gauging during the start of the pandemic by selling facemasks and hand sanitisers at highly inflated masks. At one point they were even selling freezers.

Also check out their Facebook page for the latest comments from unsatisfied customers, many of which have yet to receive orders made as far back as 6 weeks ago. Almost impossible to get a hold of customer service.
Agree 100%. I am one of those many unsatisfied customers with an order made 16/3/20 which is still outstanding. I have tried contacting Rivers over a dozen times (via webpage, facebook, phone) without success - not only do they refuse to respond they have even deleted the orders page from their website (My Account, My Orders - “NOT FOUND Sorry, the page you are looking for is no longer available.”), so that you can no longer see what you have ordered - WTF??!! If I didn't have the order confirmation email I would not have any details of my order (apart from the $ amount on my credit card statement of course - they are very happy & quick to take your money!). I will be requesting a chargeback and will NEVER shop with them or their 'sister' companies again (& encouraging family/friends to do the same).
You should consider getting in touch with the media. No doubt the owners of this corporation have enough money to last generations they still want more
