      When did you order? I ordered on the 15th of April and received it about ten days after ordering

        Ordered April 16th. I didn't realised it was that long ago… :(

        Checked few weeks ago - order status was "processing".
        But it shows "completed" now.
        Will try to contact customer support.

          I just looked at my order
          - ordered April 15
          - shipped April 23
          - delivered May 2

          So more two weeks plus from order to delivery

            @kerfuffle: There is no tracking number but there is an order number APAC_ followed by 8 numbers.
            I've never received "Order shipped" email.

            I left them a message via Contact US form yesterday.
            24 hours - no reply from support.
            What's more interesting - I logged in today and Order Status is back to "In Progress".

            Something is not right…
            I started taking screenshots of this. :)

            Probably it's time to call them.

      That's strange - we received our order AND a replacement for stuff they messed up in the first delivery (which we had to chase them up on multiple times)!

      I'd chase them up for sure!

  I have been able to check out using any form of payment for several days and am returned to cart. Can anybody replicate?
