Yo, Rollcage was sick.
Personally I'm a huge fan of GRIP, although I know that's not the most popular stance. If you can make peace with going from 1st to last on some random bad luck and realise there's just as much chance of you going from last to 1st I personally found it an absolute blast.
*I have only played the PC version - Can't speak to how the game performs on the switch

If you're wondering why that game looks familiar, That's because it's like Rollcage from back in the day.
Sadly the reviews of it are pretty poor and it seems devoid of charecter and the chaos of the old one.
