Hi,
I'm looking to port out from TPG NBN to Internode, does anyone know how long it usually takes? my TPG cut off day is 20/05/2020, can it be done before that day?
Thanks

Not saying you will have the same experience as mine was from different carriers.
MyRepublic to AussieBB took 3 hours.
I am also assuming this is a straight internet connection. If there is a phone line as well, and they are porting a number from one carrier to the other it will take longer.
How long does it take to make phone calls to TPG and Internode to find out ?

TPG owns Internode. WHy are you even moving? Surely they run on the same backbone….
My new Internode connection runs on TPG's network, according to my trace routes.
It does seem like a weird move, but OP might be taking advantage of the sign up bonus, unlimited 50mpbs for $60/month.
Why you moving?
If you have FTTP just ask Internode to provision on a different port on your NTD, than it doesn't matter to much since all you need to do is move one ethernet cable. So try an line it up for sometime in the week before your current plan runs out.
IMO you should have very little downtime since it is all the same physical infrastructure. (Def <24 hours)
I would just switch 1-2 days before your billing day.
(But you can always send TPG an email or give em a call if you want to double check about making sure you don't get billed extra for anything)
