The easiest way is to create a second Paypal account using your VPN and a different email address then send foreign currency to that account using your AU Mastercard on your main Paypal account. I believe you need to pay a conversion fee and a credit card surcharge on this transaction.
Pay via paytm or other indian wallets.

You do realise if you purchase Spotify overseas, you need a card/account with that country? None of your Australian Card will work
