If you like your Cortez looking like it's been through a bracing round of acupuncture, then surely you'll be thrilled as chips that this deal has returned.
Per JD:
Block-quote Nike's OG icon returns with a fresh makeover. Tooled up with modern technology, these men's Cortez Ultra Moire trainers take the track star to new levels. The perforated upper uses fewer materials, keeping the new Cortez lightweight and flexible without losing its iconic, effortless look. Sat on an injected Phylon midsole for lightweight cushioning, while an updated herringbone pattern outsole equips you with exceptionally grippy traction wherever you're laced up. Finished with the legendary Swoosh to the sides.
If you tl;dr that, then all you need to know is that the Cortez is a legacy Nike sneaker initially conceptualised back in the 70's as an actual running shoe, and that if you try to actually run in these you deserve the evils that will befall you.
You will love or hate them - and based on most of the comments from the last deal, you will probably hate them!
Don't forget to Cashrewards this thing (1.4% on sale items) or Shopback it (2%)
Edit: JD's questionable website implementation may have this shoe adding at full price for you…as it did for me.
Edit: Guys, I know it's frustrating not being able to take advantage of a great deal like this, especially when the item is such a great price. This has been a thing with JD's website in the past and maybe I shouldn't have posted this deal so quickly, or at all.
If the deal is still active and showing lots of sizes by Monday, I'll call customer service and ask what's up.
Showing me $150 right up to the 3rd page of checking out. When does it change to $50?
