A Lot of people saying that this is a different kind of movie that makes it very popular around the world. Though the actors are not that well known. Does anyone here what the movie "Money Heist"? IT was originated in Spain.

Saw it was dubbed, so gave it a pass.
Watched some movie about some sort of prison on multiple floors (levels), and it was dubbed and irritating to watch
It is awful dubbed but fantastic when watched in Spanish with subtitles.
Funny watching something dubbed and with subtitles and how much it differs with what is being dubbed in English and translated to English

I think you are referring to vis-a-vis (Locked Up). Again, in Spanish it is excellent. Dubbed, awful. Actually a new series has just been released - Vis-a-Vis El Oasis.
On Netflix you do not have to watch them subbed. By default, I think NF will dub (if it available) but you can change the audio to Spanish and then turn on the English subs.
I watch a lot of foreign language content and never use dubbing. If I don't speak the language, I will find subs. It is not because the translations are necessarily worse but it just doesn't have the same feeling. The emotion and passion, especially in Spanish is something that is hard to transfer into English dubbing. Whereas with subs, you retain all the emotion but get a translation too.

Is like it gives us an idea how a corrupt country distribute supply to its people.
Only the one on top will get more than enough until the lowest floor got nothing left and it makes them to be a killer, murderer a thief to survive.I find it to awful and gross but I got the lesson from this movie also.

The actors are well known, in Spain.
It is very good series season one and twoI've watched the BTS they were initially not so popular as they first launch it in Spain. But when NETFLIX bought the movie and air it around the world opportunities rain to the casts.
The budget is low that they even need to fake some backgrounds and struggle on painting the gold bars something like that but they said its all worth it! :)

Ya, Helsinki is the most kindest one. He always follow and listen what is right. I feel so bad when his friend Oslo and Nairobi died cos it hurts him so much!

Nairobi, is more like motherly type than Tokyo even bought if them have kids.
Tokyo acts more like she is single and Nairobi wants a happy life with her son which is so motherly which a lot of man likes as well.
Tokyo is the one that telling the story and most stubborn lady in the movie.. hahaha! But most of them likes her specially guys!
First movie I thought of when I saw the title was the one with Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes.. Money Train. That movie was so bad it was good.

Does Tokyo get better as a character throughout the series? I got 3/4 way through the first season and found her to be not well written. A wild card that is just way too irrational and thinks she smart. She is a living plot device in your face kinda character.
Her roles is to make the story not too boring for guys! hahaha! cos if Tokyo is note there there will be no stubborn, hot, sexy, retard lady in the story. hahahah!
It excited every guy when she's being naughty, I think? :D

It is awful dubbed but fantastic when watched in Spanish with subtitles.
I enjoyed the first two seasons. Season 4 isn't as good but the ending was alright.
