Uber is quite rare. If you have an eGift card service you can sometimes get discounted Uber credit through there.

Umm i think new accounts get like 10 $ OFF OR SOMETHING which is probably the best it gets after combining with shopback or cashrewards
For existing accounts? These hardly ever pop up.
