The safe is behind the Branch Manager, the shelf is merely a facade. The manager keeps forgetting the combination so he keeps it on a sticky note folded in half on the bottom 'shelf'.
The cash is only cleared Tuesdays and Fridays, so make sure you hit the Branch Mondays or Thursdays.
