  I'd love a 10% coupon for a tech site like Umart if they existed, but I doubt it.

  The price-competitive tech sites like umart, pccasegear, centrecom, mwave, megabuy, plc, etc, all have pretty thin margins and don't do many temporary discounts. (Any "sales" they advertise are mostly products where they were already overpriced and are just catching up to the others, or old stuff they need to clear, etc)
