I ordered Penguins of Madagascar (Blu-ray) a few weeks ago for $10. It arrived locked, so I asked for a replacement. I was able to request a replacement online and was provided with labels to print for free return postage.
Replacement blu-ray is dispatched next day and when it arrives, I open the packet to find the case is locked. I contact customer service and explain the issue. Nice person arranges a replacement to be sent and claims to have added a note for dispatch to check the blu-ray is unlocked.
Replacement blu-ray arrives today and it is locked! Chat with Amazon customer service and original order is refunded plus $20 account credit.
$10 is a reasonable price and if my suspicion that the entire lot is locked then you might also be able to claim a refund.
