As we know, hundreds - if not thousands - of games go on sale every day across many platforms and storefronts.
This might just be my OCD speaking, but to avoid certain deals becoming lost in a shuffle or cluttering up feeds, should games be presented on a per series/publisher/sale event basis?
For example, would it be better for a Ubisoft sale to be one collective post that clearly details each title available in the sale for the platform, with the biggest draws being featured in the title - OR is it better to continue the way things are at the moment, meaning people can post at their own discretion and combine many different games in headings over multiple posts?
The pros of grouping include a neater feed and a clear display of all games in a series being shown in one place.
The cons are that many games may go unnoticed if they are not included in the heading
The pros of the alternative/current state is that more games are given visibility in headings, but the cons are that the games occasionally have no correlation with each other, therefore if the first game in a title is of no interest to the viewer, the rest may be passed over. On this note, if too many of these style of posts are made, entire deals may be missed.
Again, this may be entirely a "me and my OCD" thing, but I'm also interested to see if other people are having similar experiences with this.
