I know AirAsia offers cheap seats to Europe but they don't operate in NSW. What are my other options? I am planning to travel to Europe around March next year and I am looking for cheap airfares flying out of Sydney Airport. Don't really have a specific destination as I am planning to do the entire Europe so any European airport would be fine. Any help?

Agree with Neil-last year got a $39 fare to Melb then picked up the flight to Heathrow. Just make sure you leave enough time to change in Melb should there be delays etc. Having said that I trust Jetstar more than I'd trust Tiger to get me there on time ;)
The annual Europe flights/holidays sale is in October - see your travel agent then if you don't find anything better soon.
Yeah, I figured that would be my best option. Another question how much cheaper would airfares be compared to in high season if I bought in Feb/March instead of December?
It depends on how lucky you are I guess because airlines good sales now and then, but if you wnat to go in high season, it's better to buy sooner than later because that is when everyone wants to go.
AirAsia will be the cheapest barring a rare flight deal like the Qatar one. Why not just hop on a flight to Melbourne to get on the AirAsia deals?
P.S. I'm heading there via AA in about 3 weeks.
