    I think people suffer enough seeing my ugly mug in 2MP.

    Seriously why such a detailed camera on the front? I'd rather it on the back?

    This is a great spec'd phone for the price.

    • Sensor size matters more than megapixel count. The photos will look like a crayon drawing.

      I'd strongly suggest people have a good look at the negatives Tobydeals gets and from my experience, you won't get any warranty on these products, paypal is your only friend.

      • Oh, maybe your colleague should check their email more regularly. By saying that my first email was sent on 28/4, 2 weeks ago. Maybe toby do not care this kind of enquiry as we haven't buy/been your customer yet.

        I can not imaging if I were looking for some warranty claim, or maybe arranging return.

        • Looks like your colleague just checked email. I got a reply confirming they do not have stock for the phone I was looking for. With their website shows "in stock".

          If anyone really have to order from them, check stock before you buy.

  • Rep,can you confirm roughly how long will the shipping take for Sydney Metro delivery??
    If it is a quick delivery, I will pull the trigger and overlooked the biggest negative in this note due to the crappy 3 Year old Exynos processor and GPU compared with equivalent Snapdragon 845 and yet this uses significantly more battery drain than the SD845 and overheats.
    I can live without new Snapdragon 865 and 5g.
    Those of you who can live without the S Pen may be better of with the S10 lite with SD 855

      Could be 2 weeks, could be 3 months or forever. According to other reviews.
      Try your luck at casino before ordering. Also do not trust their web saying "in stock".

      • Thanks, that is exactly what I was worried about and if its going to take a 1 or 2 months price of actual proper Note 10+ will come down further as with this too given its imminent release of Note 20 series in August

    • Can't live without the S-pen. Such a handy feature when I need it. If the shipping is guaranteed I would jump on this phone at this price. Already got an Note 10+ 5G

        I've got an s-pen in my Note 8 and its been out about a dozen times - maybe i'm missing something ?

          Personally I use it mostly for taking photos of friends then drawing dicks on them.

        • Filling out pdf documents and signature. Productive wise this phone is great. Plug it in for Dex and it a portable machine.

    • I bought some Galaxy Buds+ from them which arrived today, purchased 19 days ago. I knew they wouldn't be super fast, but I was in no rush and saved $70. Can't complain.

  • Wow.. that's very good specs for the price - half the cost of the Note 10 Plus..

    • It is reduced because of the old Exynos processor, comparing it with Note 10 series, the SD855 is chalk and cheese, OK if you don't do much on the fone and need the S-pen, otherwise go for the upcoming new Samsung A71 no S pen but with 5g thrown in.

    • Yes, i know that's why i don't buy from samsung store. However Note 10+ N9750 12GB/256 is definitely a SD model from eoverseas. Just waiting for a good deal on it 🙂.

    Yeah TobyDeals… don't get me started.
    I'm in the process of getting paypal refund for Fire Stick 4k, which they apparently had in stock… but still not sent after 2 weeks.

    You better make sure they have stock b4 you order…. page "in stock" means nothing.
    And contacting them is a nightmare, they never reply.
    Not worth your stress…

      • Hi there, the problem is that you guys advertise product as "in stock" but in fact it's not in stock.
        Being "in stock" expectation is that you will send it out within few days.

        To make things worse, you don't reply to emails.
        I got a vague fluffy reply after my 4th email to TobyDeals, and after contacting via Paypal.

        Is this good business model and good customer service?

        Late delivery I understand, false "in stock" ad is just bad.

    They have never replied to any of emails or requests submitted through their form.

    Horrible seller. Have bought from them 3 times, never received any item. The first two times they simply didn't ship the item and after 2 weeks & threatening to involve Paypal, they refunded me. The third time, waited a week, then without notice, they cancelled the order and refunded me citing that I hadn't paid my invoice? Ummm, ok, sure.

    Avoid if possible, or get ready for the wild Toby ride of will I or won't I get my device … let alone when.

  • Still waiting 4 weeks for a tracking number on a phone listed as 'In Stock'. They ignore every single contact attempt. Avoid at all costs, they're muppets.

    Store rep on Ozbargain also ignores you!

    • You have to check with them if the product is REALLY in stock before you make the order. Their website is nothing. Otherwise waiting time is random. normally they are happy to refund if they can not find stock.

      They are known as do not/randomly response no matter you are enquiring, complaint or claim warranty.

      Their price is good, and when they have items in stock(not the website), normally took 2 weeks to arrive.
