I was at Franklins in Castle Hill today and saw Kettle Lime & Chilli chips reduced to clear at $1.50 for the 185g bags :D Other flavours were not reduced, but luckily I like these, even if they're nowhere as hot as the classic chillis kettle had back in the day. The expiry date on the one I bought was Nov 2011, and let's be honest, I won't be taking that long to eat them.

The shelf was pretty much full when I was there.

If someone has a Franklins nearby, I'd love to know whether it's all Franklins or just Castle Hill that has them reduced. If everyone is clearing them, could indicate that Kettle's discontinuing this flavour?

    I think Kettle chips have reduced in flavour to, I don't buy them anymore.

        Yeah what happened to the original Chilli flavour? I haven't seen it in years did they pull it? Those were delicious! Sweet chilli doesn't come close. Haven't tried this lime flavour but might grab a pack before they disappear.

          they pulled it about 6 months ago, alot of people are pissed about it and writing complaints. They were the best, and I dont normally eat chips.

      Yeah. Kettle chilli were the bomb seriously. They made the stupidest decision in removing the old lineup, everyone I've mentioned it to has agreed.

      Didn't they get people to try out these new flavours before releasing them. Seriously…

    Does anyone know somebody that would actually pay full price for Lime & Chili & choose that flavour over any others. $1.85 dosen't sound like a bargain after all the pain the morning after that can come with chilli…

    I have boycotted Kettle since they pulled out the plain Chilli ones. Feeling the pinch maybe.

    Never been a big fan of lime flavoured chips but at $1.50 I might check this out and see if they have them reduced here at all..Possibly won't but worth a look.

    I am glad i aint the only one. Everyone i know always talks about kettle chilli chips and i am stunned they removed it. Doesnt make any sense.
