I was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy handmade Italian Dinnerware Ceramics in either Sydney or online?

I'm not sure what you're after in terms of quality, as the one you linked would be $2-$5 in a typical supermarket/shop in Italy but postage would make it pretty expensive, so I'd say it's probably not worth it.
You can use google translate and search on amazon.it and ebay.it, or just google.it if you want to buy online. If you buy here, everything will be on average 5x-20x more expensive, so do your own math.

  So annoyed I didn't look at this last year when i was in Italy!
  
  I did try looking at amazon but some stuff doesn't ship to Australia :( Will try ebay.it :)
