Looking at purchasing my first mechanical keyboard. Will use it for light gaming but mostly typing up word documents. Not too fussed about the sound but want something cheap.

In the spread sheet is states that full length is a con, so I'm guessing OP wants a TKL

Velocifire is wayyy better than kogan in my experience
I’ve heard good things about Velocifire. Would avoid Kogan if possible. I personally prefer 60%, but TKL are definitely better than full size.
If you can stretch the budget a bit this one looks pretty good.

im also in the market for one. i have a filco masjestouch that doesn't play ball with my lenovo dock and never 'wakes' up 100% of the time. I replaced it with my logitech k830 temporarily to connect via BT and its been a dream. So now I'm on the market for a mechanical keyboard with BT connectivity under $100 - preferably blue switch.
Anyone with recommendations?
