Actually ordered 6 slabs worth from Woolworths the other day and was slightly cheaper. Bit under $1.40/can. Coming tomorrow,so don't know how many will come as slabs and how many as individual 4-packs in bags. Slabs easier to store/move, but guess the more come in bags, the less of a rip off the $1 bag fee is. Think last time was 4 slabs, 2 as 4-packs.
Single cans are 2 for $5 and 2 x 4 packs are $14 iirc.

I have one pretty much religiously on night shifts but could drink them most days. One of the best tasting sugar free energy drinks.
I used to drink loads, loved it, but got a telling off from the Mrs and quit cold turkey. They were good inside-burning, energy-filled, times.
I've used to drink energy drinks (never Monster though) when I was in uni and I was under severe time pressure to finish my assignments or prepare for an exam within a few days (instead of a few weeks). This is basically a stimulant that helps you to focus and push for 100% performance. I don't recommend it for everyday use though because you'll lose the uplift quite quickly and it is full of artificial/unhealthy ingredients, which you don't want to consume on a dialy basis. Occasionally, it is good in parties too, when you're tired and you need a kick.

No ultra sunrise. No deal. Man that flavour is amazing. No sugar and tastes like Fanta.
Never was a huge fan of Monster. Maybe it's the European blood, but I prefer Red Bull or Burn (not available in Oz) over Monster.

Monster for me is by far the best tasting energy drink in the Market. Love the Zero and Sunrise. Both are 0 sugar… which is better than the other sugary drinks.
One thing is for sure -
If you have a can everyday for a couple of days, you become an ‘addict’. You’ll have some serious withdrawal symptoms (headache etc) if you suddenly stop. drinking. I guess this is for all energy aka caffeine related drinks.
Pro tip - slowly wean off. From 1can/day… to half a can/day and then 1/4 per day and then stop.
