    http://www.abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?SearchText=3…

Website says based in Brisbane but ABN look up says main business in WA.
It is also not registered for GST, no phone number to call, and uses a gmail address for contacts.

    • Aye carumba!

ASIC no likey likey not update details. Big fines.

  • I would be cautious about this. Layby means that you don't expect your goods until the last payment but you will have made a deposit + possible other payments in the interim. The least quite a window of time to take payments before people start complaining that they don't receive the goods.

Maybe they are ok but all the evidence says beware!

    • Layby is nothing new its just another gimmick for a wesite trying to standout, by the time you pay it off it will be 3 months closer to the release of ipad3

  • lol~too much hassle for too little incentive…Pass for sure…

Just opt for some reputable ebayer instead if you are so desperate for a bargain…and you got paypal covered at least (not saying it's hassle free by any mean)…

  • The latest high tech stuff only stays so for a few months. By the time you get this it will be well out of date and available at heavily discounted prices.

"All products will be delivered via our drop-shipping service direct from our supplier destination based in Hong Kong."

In other words they're grey imports, for which you can find cheaper prices on eBay.

Kogan do them for $479 (16gb WiFi), JB do it for $555 (so $16 more and you have it today) - this has scam written all over it. By the time you expect delivery, site operator will be on holidays\onto another site. AND what a sh!t amateur website!!!

  • rubbishhh…! not even saving a lot and have to wait for so many months..!

    1. whole thing sound very fishy.
    2. by the time you pick up iphone4, 5 and 4S will be out already and ipad3 not far away. You paying today price for old tech.
  • oh well i thought it looked alright

No one is wrong or right here. Unless you run the site HouseCat, then you have no right to say that Mop36 is wrong.
