  • Burgess Excel Nuggets

Much prefer the Excel ones to the Google Sheet Nuggets.

  • Delicious, Natural Food For Small Animals

Who determines if they are delicious ?

    • I get the joke, but seriously, you'll find out pretty quickly. Our guinea pigs refuse to touch the pellets we bought them last month, which look different to ones we'd previously bought them from the same store.

      • Our guinea pigs refuse to touch the pellets we bought them last month

That would depend how hungry they get.

  • Hi OP, can you pls let us know if you see any purina cat food on sale? Cheers

  • Even with three guinea pigs, I doubt that they would get through this before it expires next month.

    • +1

      Just don’t tell them.

      • Ours can read…

        • Looks like one of jv's guinea pigs has hijacked his ozb account.

    • Even if they can't finish it, let's say they only managed to finish 5kg before it expires, would $29.99 for 5kg be a good deal still?

  • Is this suitable for dogs as treats?

    • following with interest..

    • I would say definitely not.

You've gotta consider that these are made for animals whose staple diet is hay.

Even if your dog was interested, these would be something like 90% crushed hay/grass and would probably not do a lot of good for a dog nutritionally.

  • OOS

  • 3 weeks to expiry. You would need several hundred guinea pigs to use it all.

    • When it reads 06/2020, does it mean start of Jun or end of Jun (as it's a difference between 3 wks and 7 weeks)? also, typically they build in a buffer with expiry as storage condition would impact preciously when it goes bad, especially for dry foods like this. (I often eat non-fresh food a few days to a week post expiry)

  • I believe those are all sold out now. Deal expired.

    • Umm that's for rabbits (and more for young, growing kits) not piggies.
