Wife Has a uni.edu.au Code but Samsung Education Discount Not Coming up. Any Help

Hi as the title says my wife still can use her .edu.au and we can log into the samsung education portal but cannot see the 20% discount. Any reason for this or any help thanks

  The probably pulled it the code like other have done during the virus period .
  Help is research the best price using all shopping comparisons sites .

  My Education Store has the S20 128GB for $944.30 right now. No code required, just a valid login to the Education Portal.

  This might be a silly comment, but are you definitely logging into the Samsung portal? When you first get to the education store

  https://www.samsung.com/au/estore/samsung-education-store/

  You don't login here, you have to scroll down until you see the "enter education portal" and then login there instead. I don't know how many times I logged into the wrong area for some reason.

    Hay mate, thought I'd chime in again. You may have done what I did, which was to apply for the $50 thing on the original account and not the education store account and now it won't work cross accounts? I think in the samsung education store one, if I remember correctly theres a spot possibly where you can chat or something. Here you can put in the email for the $50 within the education store.

    Interestingly I think I put in an email that wasn't the one I used to login and I think I got the voucher still (took nearly 24 hours for it to arrive though), so if you have another email address that may be another way to get it.

      Thanks for pointing this out, I accidently ran into this issue :)
      I had to re-sign up to the mailing list via the Education portal and not the regular store as you mentioned
