I wouldn’t be using Suncorp rewards as they lowered their discount ages ago. ShopBack or cashrewards are best. First time order may take a few hours to receive but after that it’s usually within 20 mins.

Anyone else having issues with checking out for pickup orders with their website?
I've encountered a few issues when picking up a drive thru order. Items missing, substituting products when they have ample item in-store and finally given products that were 7 days before use by date. Pretty dodgy (Endeavour Hills store). Luckily they have a quick and seamless refund process through their online chat. I would recommend that you switch off the substitution option and order high demand products.
Technically only $9 off since they now forcing us to use their own plastic bags again with online orders which cost $1 and you are unable to bring your own :)
Just make sure you get the staff member to tick the box on their screen when picking up, that you brought back 1 of the previous bags (the "bring 1 or more back & get $1 back" deal). And if they forget, the online bot refunds it easy, just mention bag refund.
Placed a $210 order with Coles yesterday and then put the same order through Woolworths. Came to $264. A few specials but mostly the same products.
Woolworths online doesnt offer any special prices that might be the price difference vs Coles online which does.
Why do they need to do this, most people would be so grateful they've reinstated delivery at all 🤔
